Bookings
All bookings require advance payment.
The booking confirmation will only be considered valid once the corresponding payment has been made.
Advance Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation with 30 days’ notice: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation with 15 days’ notice: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation with 7 days’ notice or less: no refund will be made.
In this case, a voucher for another group may be issued (not valid for individual bookings). - Cancellations on the same day as the booking: no refund will be made and no voucher will be issued. The amount paid will be lost in full.
